What if I cannot make, or miss my appointment?
While we do not charge for missed appointments, we request that you call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to allow us the opportunity to accommodate urgent cases.
Do you have on-site x-ray?
Yes, digital x-ray services are performed and resulted immediately on-site at both our Glendale and Cedarburg clinics. You get to see your x-rays and the surgeon will go over them just moments after they are taken!
How would I schedule an MRI or other tests (CT scan, labs, etc)?
Do you offer interpreter services?
Yes, we offer phone interpreter services to our patients. If needed, please notify the receptionist that you would like an interpreter when scheduling your appointment.
Why do I have to fill out paperwork?
Patients being seen in the clinic will be asked to fill out registration forms containing demographic information, as well as other paperwork regarding your medical history. The questions on these forms help us better serve you, as they provide information necessary to treat and manage your symptoms.
What medical records do I need to bring in order to make my visit as efficient as possible?
What information should I not give over the phone?
Do you take my insurance?
While we do work with most insurance carriers in the metropolitan region, the specifics of many insurance policies and plans change frequently. To be certain of your insurance policy's limitations, we encourage you to check with your insurance carrier before arriving for your appointment.
Do I need to bring my insurance co-pay to my appointment, or will you bill me?
Insurance contracts require that co-payment be made at the time of services. Our office accepts cash payments, checks, MasterCard, VISA and Discover.
